Plenty of great feedback to share from the entire process. First, quote was timely, reasonable and Kamil was great offering his thoughts on the project while Ray answered follow up questions. Second, the project started within a matter of days. The team worked hard even when it was windy and cold. A couple of days later, Kamil came back to wrap some things up. Seamless process with Ray checking in on progress and sending follow ups. Being a local customer, I know I can always outreach to Imperial if anything goes awry with the fence, but I don't anticipate it. The fence looks great, overall experience was positive - there's a reason you see lots of Imperial Fence stickers on the fences in the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

The guys at Imperial fence led by Ray and Kamil were great to work with. The estimate came in at a good price, and competitively with other vendors. They gave us some ideas that certainly made more sense than what we were thinking of doing, saving us money, and they didn't have to do that. They were able to come out and complete our project ahead of schedule which was great. We will certainly be back with Imperial when they come to finish the rest of our yard when it's ready for it. Highly recommend! We called about a dozen of fence contractors for a quote for a vinyl fence in our backyard. Imperial Fence was the most competitive estimate (and it was accurate to panel and post count) AND they had rave reviews in our research online. Our fence was installed on-time and it looks beautiful! The job was done in 2 days in the midst of a heat wave and their team were such troopers. Our backyard has significant sloping that is asymmetric so we want to make sure that the fence didn't look lumpy. I explained this to the foreman (who is FANTASTIC--friendly, good listener, good leader). Foreman was there for the first morning managing his crew. The day 1 afternoon and day 2 was led by what seemed like a team lead with 2 assistants. The team lead was also FANTASTIC. When I say fantastic, I mean that he had impeccable attention to detail on the alignment, sloping, and spacing. Every post was done carefully and done correctly, and checked with alignment with the rest of the line and our yard line before proceeding. While there was a language barrier with the team lead, we were able to communicate with basic English and hand gestures and demonstrations. They team also removed an old wire fence and cleaned up everything, hosed down the fence, etc, so that the backyard was spotless when they were done. Truly professional.

My one and only complaint is that it was somewhat hard to get a hold of the owner, Raymond, when I was seeking to have questions answered before signing the contract, and I had to email him twice to hear about my official start-date. While I always did eventually get a response, it was always after multiple tries, so I'd say communication from the "office" side could use work. This made me slightly worried going into the job, thinking that the work would reflect a similar lack of attention. Not the case at all.

Let me preface this review by saying that I am pretty fussy and have high expectations. Imperial Fence did a fantastic job in replacing my old chain link fence with a very nice Contemporary white vinyl picket scalloped top fence. I had the same fence installed at another location a while ago by a different company. I received three quotes including one from Imperial Fence and one from the company I used before. Ray at Imperial Fence gave me a very competitive quote, much lower than the company I used previously. Also, Ray's team set all of the fence posts in concrete, used heavy duty fence posts for the gate, and secured each of the picket sections to the posts in a way so that the pickets wouldn't shift in their positioning from wind or other factors. The company I used previously didn't do any of those things. Kamil was the on-site job manager and he is excellent to work with. Ray is a great communicator, in the up front planning process and also in the follow up once the fence is installed. Being the fussy person that I am, I asked Ray to have someone come back after the fence was installed and take care of a few things. Ray took care of those items and didn't give me a hard time about any of it. In summary, I highly recommend Ray and Kamil at Imperial Fence.

Kamil at Imperial Fence has 17 years experience installing, and KNOWS how to do a fence professionally. I am so glad I was patient and waited my turn and was rewarded with a beautiful hybrid fence, 6-feet privacy cedar fence coupled with a large 5-feet high black chain link fence area for my dog.

They did the job in 2 days. The whole crew was nice and very friendly and talking to some of them I know at least one has worked with Kamil for 10 years. They move around like a well oiled in-tune machine.

Imperial Fence has already done two projects for me in the last two months. I've worked with multiple fence companies over the years and I've never been as impressed as I have been with these guys. The first fence was after a wind storm unexpectedly blew down an entire fence in the middle of winter, I called these guys simply due to driving by, seeing their name, and wanting to try another option — they were out there to quote a new fence and had it fully installed within the week, something I never experienced before with a fence company. Due to this, I had another project several weeks later where a prior fence company had installed it incorrectly and it was encroaching on a complaining neighbor's land. Imperial came, moved it in for me, and had the proper color and replacement material very quickly, at a lower cost than the company who made the error AND five weeks sooner (and properly). I usually don't think to refer or recommend companies or subcontractors I work with because most don't stick out, but I've had such negative experiences with other fence companies in the past and Imperial was so much faster and better than any others I've ever hired that I had to leave a review. I've already told multiple builders and homeowners about them for the next time they need a fence. Fast, reliable, and quality work in an industry where that's not been my experience.
